Rules Of Play
To make sure all little ones are safe and having the best time at Mini & Me Play Café, we kindly ask all visitors to follow these rules.
Supervision
- While staff are on hand to help, they are not there to provide direct supervision.
- Aggressive or disruptive behaviour may result in being asked to leave.
Safety
- Our play area is designed for children under the age of five only.
- Please remove shoes before entering the play area.
- Socks must be worn at all times when in the play area.
- Please be respectful of other children and the equipment – no rough play, climbing on furniture or throwing toys.
- If a toy or piece of equipment is damaged, please notify a member of staff as soon as possible.
Health and hygiene
- Please do not attend if your child is unwell.
- Always wash and sanitise hands before entering the play area.
- No food, drinks, or chewing gum allowed in the play area.
Food and drink
- Only food and drink purchased at the café should be consumed on the premises. With the exceptions of water, baby formula and food for children with dietary requirements.
- Food and drink should only be consumed within the café area.
- Please inform staff of any allergies or dietary requirements when ordering food.

- Be kind and considerate to others – this is a shared space.
- Aggressive or disruptive behaviour may result in being asked to leave.
Social media and photos
- We love seeing families enjoy their time at Mini & Me Play Café and encourage you to share your photos on social media. Don’t forget to tag us!
- However, please only include images of your own children. Respect everyone’s privacy and do not upload images that include other children without the permission of their parent or guardian.
