Please arrive at the time of your booking. If you’re running late, you’re still welcome, however your session will still end at the original scheduled time, so arrive promptly to maximise play time!

Yes, your booking can be rescheduled or cancelled up to six hours before the session start time for a full refund.

Each child booking includes a free adult ticket. Additional adults are welcome at a cost of £2 per hour.

Free two hour parking bays are available throughout Leigh Broadway though spaces can be filled very quickly, so we recommended arriving a little early where you can!

Absolutely! We have a dedicated space for prams, though we do kindly ask you to fold them during busy periods to ensure the walkways are kept clear. We do not hold any responsibility for any prams or personal items left when visiting us.

The play space is designed for children under the age of five. However, older siblings are welcome to enjoy the café area with you.

No outside food or drink is permitted, with the exception of baby formula, or food for children with intolerances and allergies. We offer a range of child and adult friendly refreshments in our café.

Our play area is cleaned regularly throughout the day, and thoroughly every evening.
